Renew:
Renew means that a user can renew the current plan subscription. The user will have to follow the following steps to process a renewal:
Step 1: The Dashboard page shows the user's current plan with an option of Renew and Upgrade. Click on the "Renew-Upgrade" link as shown below.
Step 2: Following window opens. Click on the provided Renew button to continue.
Note: To use coupon please follow the steps for "Renew or Upgrade using Coupon" explained at the bottom of this page.
Step 3: "Renew your Subscription" window appears. Select the "Number of Months" for renewal and click "Renew" button.
Note: Users can add an additional discount of 8% in case of annual payment by checking the check box below.
Step 4: The item will be added in to the cart and then click on confirm button on the right.
Note : User can avail a Discount of 8% for annual Payment for first time.
Step 5: The check out page will open recheck the details displayed like Plan, Price, Months and Amount etc. and click on the pay button, Here the user will be directed to the Payment Process.
Step 6: Payment window opens as shown below. Provide valid details and Click on Buy.
The user's information registered with us will appear automatically in the "Your billing address" above. If user wants to change the bill address then user can update the Billing address manually. Then user will have to enter their correct Credit Card details in "Your Credit Card information".

Renew using Coupon:
User can renew the current plan by using the coupon provided by Mobilous Team.
Step 1: Click on the provided Renew using coupon button.
Step 2: An overlay appears where the user can enter the Coupon Code in the Coupon code field and click on the Submit button.
When the user clicks on the submit button acknowledgement message appears .
Subscription is renewed. User can verify the latest updated subscription plan details on the Dashboard.
